Ang Franklin Gothic at ang mga kaugnay na mga mukha nito ay isang malaking pamilya ng realistang sans-serif na mga tipo ng titik na ginawa ng American Type Founders (ATF) at krinedito ang punong nagdisenyo na si Morris Fuller Benton.[1]
Isa sa mga kilalang ekstensyon ng Franklin Gothic ay ang ITC Franklin Gothic ni Victor Caruso noong dekada 1970, na pinalawak ang serye upang isama ang mga bigat sa aklat na tulad ng News Gothic ni Morris Fuller Benton na nasa mataas na x-height at estilong dekada 1970. Bahagi ito ng naka-bundle sa Microsoft Windows.[2][3]
