Ang Fobello ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Vercelli, rehiyon ng Piamonte, Hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 100 kilometro (62 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Turin at mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Vercelli.

May hangganan ang Fobello sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Alto Sermenza, Bannio Anzino, Carcoforo, Cervatto, Cravagliana, Rimella, at Rossa.

Ang mga inhinyerong automotibo na si Vincenzo Lancia (1881–1937) at ang kaniyang anak na si Gianni Lancia (1924–2014) ay mula sa Fobello.
