Si Elisa (Elishah sa Ingles) ay isa sa mga anak ni Javan ayon sa Aklat ng Genesis (10:4), at saka sa pang-Gitnang Panahon na rabinikong Aklat ni Jasher. Binabaggit siya sa Jasher bilang ninuno ng mga "Almanim," na malamang ay isang pagtutukoy sa mga Hermanikong tribu (Alamanni). Isang mas nauna at mas karaniwang paniniwala ay kumikilala sa kaniya bilang tagapagtatag ng Gresya,[1] ang bayan ng Elis sa (tangway ng) Peloponeso. Ang "Pitumpu" o Septuahintang Griyego ng Genesis 10 ay nagtatala kay Elisa na hindi lang isa sa mga anak ni Javan, kundi isa rin sa mga anak ni Japheth,[2] na malamang ay isang pagkakamali ng taga-kopya.
