Itinatag ang himpilang ito noong 1995 bilang OZ 99.5 sa ilalim ng pagmamay-ari ng Amapola Broadcasting. Noong 2002, binili ng Audiovisual Communicators ang himpilang ito na muling itinatag bilang Monster Radio.
