Ang DWKV (102.3 FM), sumasahimpapawid bilang 102.3 Tricab Infinite Radio, ay isang himpilan ng radyo na pagmamay-ari at pinamamahalaan ng St. Jude Thaddeus Institute of Technology. Ang studio at transmitter nito ay matatagpuan sa EMT Building, P. Laygo St., Lipa, Batangas.[1][2]
Kasaysayan
Itinatag ang istasyong ito noong Disyembre 22, 2010 bilang CitiBeat 102.3 FM sa ilalim ng pagmamay-ari ng Kaissar Broadcasting Network. Noong panahong iyon, nasa 3rd floor ng JR Business Complex sa Brgy. Mataas na Lupa ang una nitong tahanan. Kabilang sa mga personalidad nito ay sina Ron Lozano (ngayon ay nasa DWIZ), Zeus Corneja, Cristina Parriente, at Amor Santiago (ngayon ay nasa 98.5 Cool FM).
Sa mga unang buwan ng operasyon nito, pinuna ang CitiBeat dahil sa problema ng signal feed nito. Inayos ito nung 2013.
Noong Marso 2012, inilunsad ng istasyon ang Radyo Istariray, isang paligsahang pag-awit sa radyo na nagtampok sa mga naghahangad na mang-aawit na naglalaban para sa mga premyo mula sa mga sponsor ng istasyon. Gayunpaman, noong Hunyo 2012, pinilitang itigil ng istasyong ito ang paligsahan dahil sa mga isyu sa sponsorship nito.
Noong Marso 15, 2023, nawala sa ere ang CitiBeat. Sa panahaong ito, binili ng St. Jude Thaddeus Institute of Technology ang talapihitang ito.
Noong Abril 2023, bumalik ito sa ere, sa pagkakataong ito bilang Tricab Infinite Radio sa ilalim ng pamamahala ng Tricab Media Production.
