Ang DWHB (103.9 FM), sumasahimpapawid bilang 103.9 iFM, ay isang himpilan ng radyo na pagmamay-ari at pinamamahalaan ng Radio Mindanao Network. Ang estudyo ng istasyon ay matatagpuan sa Room 203, Laperal Bldg., Upper Session Rd., Baguio, at ang transmiter nito ay matatagpuan sa Diplomat Rd., Dominican Hill, Baguio.[1][2]

Kasaysayan

Itinatag ang himpilang ito noong Pebrero 4, 1980 bilang Smooth Jazz HB103, ang kauna-unahang himpilan sa lungsod na umere ng smooth jazz na format. Noong Agosto 16, 1992, naging Smile Radio ito na may pang-masa na format. Noong Nobyembre 23, 1999, naging 1039 HBFM ito na may Top 40 na format, na binansagang "Live It Up!". Noong Mayo 16, 2002, naging iFM ito at bumalik ito sa pang-masa na format.
