Ang Colle San Magno (lokal na Glio Colle) ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Frosinone sa rehiyon ng Lazio ng gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 110 kilometro (68 mi) timog-silangan ng Roma at mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) timog-silangan ng Frosinone.
Ang pangalan nito ay tumutukoy kay San Magno ng Anagni.[3] Ang bayan ay itinatag noong ika-11 siglo, at kalaunan ay pinamunuan ito ng D'Avalos at, mula noong ika-16 na siglo, ng Boncompagni. Noong 1796 ito ay nakuha ng Kaharian ng Napoles.
Kasama sa mga tanawin ang medyebal na kastilyo, ang mga lumang minahan ng aspalto at ang simbahan ng S.M. Assunta.
