Ang Cimitile ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Napoles sa Italyanong rehiyon ng Campania, matatagpuan mga 25 km hilagang-silangan ng Napoles. Noong Disyembre 31, 2017, mayroon itong populasyon na 7 172 at may sakop na na 2.74 km2.[3] Noong unang panahon ang Cimitile ay ang nekropolis para sa bayan ng Nola, at dito itinatag ni Paulino ng Nola isang monastikong komunidad noong taong 395.
