Ang Brunate (Comasco: Brunaa [bryˈnaː]) ay isang bayan at comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Como, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya. Mayroon itong humigit-kumulang 1,800 residente, ngunit mas maraming tao sa tag-araw, tuwing ang mga turista ay umuupa ng mga bahay at apartment.

Tinatanaw ng bayan ang Como, na nasa baybayin ng Lawa Como mga 500 metro (1,600 tal) sa ibaba. Sa maikling panahon sa huling bahagi ng ika-12 siglo, ang Brunate ay isang independiyenteng komunidad, ngunit noong 1240 ay bumalik ito sa suseraniya ng Como.
