Broth cube
Ang broth cube (literal na salin sa Tagalog: "kubong sabaw") o kubo de kaldo (kilala rin bilang bouillon cube sa Canada at Estados Unidos o stock cube sa Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Timog Aprika at UK) ay isang uri ng bouillon (Pranses para sa sabaw) o kaldo na tinanggalan ng tubig na nabuo sa isang maliit na kubo o cube sa tinatayang 15 milimetro (1/2 pulgada) ang lapad. Karaniwang itong gawa mula sa gulay na inalisan ng tubig, sabaw ng karne, isang maliit na bahagi ng taba, betsin, asin, at mga pampalasa, na inihugis sa isang maliit na kubo. Mayroon din ibang uri na ginawa para sa mga taong makagulay (vegetarian) o vegan. Mayroon mga bouillon na na nasa anyong butil-butil o pulbos.
