Ang Lungsod ng Bayawan ay isang pangunahing klaseng lungsod sa Pilipinas na matatagpuan sa lalawigan ng Negros Oriental. Ito ay may sukat na 699.08 kilometro kuwadrado. Ayon sa senso ng 2024, ito ay may populasyon na 126,744 sa may 29,403 na kabahayan.[3]
