Ang Mga Grupo[1] (Arabe: الزمر) ay ang ika-39 na kabanata (surah) ng Qur'an, ang sentral na pang-relihiyong teksto ng Islam. Naglalaman ito ng 75 talata (ayat). Hinango ang pangalan ng surah na ito mula sa salitang Arabe na zumar (tropa o pangkat o grupo) na nasa mga talatang 71 at 73. Tungkol sa tiyempo at kontekstuwal na situwasyon ng pahayag (asbāb al-nuzūl), pinaniniwalaan na naihayag ito noong panahon ng kalagitnaang-Mekka[2] nang tumaas ang mga pag-uusig ng mga politeista sa mga naniniwalang Muslim.[2]
