Auditoryo

Ang auditoryo ay isang pang-uring nangangahulugang "hinggil sa pandinig".[1][2] Ginagamit ito para sa pandama ng pandinig, sa nerbyo o ugat-pandama ng pandinig, at maging para sa lundayan o sentro ng utak na nakaugnay sa tungkulin ng pandinig. Mayroong walong nerbyong kranyal (walong pares ng mga ugat na pandama o nerb) na lumilitaw mula sa utak mismo, at tinatawag rin bilang mga nerbyong auditoryo. Binubuo ang bawat isa sa mga ugat-pandamang ito ng dalawang magkaibang bahagi. Isa sa mga ito ang nakakabit sa organo ng pandinig at sa pandama ng pandinig. Samantalang nakadikit naman sa pandama ng paninimbang o ekwilibriyo ang ikalawa, na nakapagsasagawa ng pagbalanse ng katawan upang hindi mabuwal.[2]
