Si Arthur Rubinstein, KBE (28 Enero 1887 – 20 Disyembre 1982) ay isang Amerikanong may lahing Polako na piyanista na tumanggap na katanyagang pandaigdigan dahil sa kaniyang mga pagtatanghal ng mga tugtuging isinulat ng sari-saring mga kompositor; maraming mga tao ang itinuturing siya bilang ang pinakadakilang tagapagpaunawa ng musika ni Chopin noong kaniyang kapanahunan.[1][2] Malawakan siyang isinasaalang-alang bilang isa sa pinakamahuhusay na mga manunugtog ng piyano ng ika-20 daantaon.[1] Tumutugtog siya harap ng madla sa loob ng walong mga dekada.[3]
