Sa mitolohiyang Sumeryo, si Anu (o An; mula sa wikang Sumeryong *An 𒀭 = langit) ang Diyos ng kalangitan, Panginoon ng mga konstelasyon, Hari ng mga Diyos, mga espirito at mga demonyo at nananahan sa pinakamataas na mga rehiyong makalangit. Siya ay may kapangyarihan na humukom sa mga nagkasala at kanyang nilikha ang mga tala bilang mga sundalo upang wasakin ang masasama. Ang kanyang katangian ang maharlikang tiara. Ang kanyang lingkod at ministro ng estado ang Diyos na si Ilabrat.
Si Anu ang isa sa pinakamatandang Diyos ng panteon na Sumeryo at bahagi ng tripleng Diyos na kinabibilangan nina Enlil at Enki. Dahil siya ang unang katauhan sa tripleng Diyos, siya ay itinuturing na ama at sa simula ay hari ng mga Diyos. Siya ay nauugnay sa templong E-anna sa Uruk sa Sumerya.
