Ang Airuno (Brianzöö: Irün) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Lecco, rehiyon ng Lombardy, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 35 kilometro (22 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Milan at mga 11 kilometro (7 mi) timog ng Lecco. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 2,749 at may lawak na 4.3 kilometro kuwadrado (1.7 mi kuw).[3]

Ang Airuno ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Brivio, Colle Brianza, Olgiate Molgora, Olginate, at Valgreghentino. Ito ay pinaglilingkuran ng estasyon ng tren ng Airuno.

Mula sa Airuno, noong panahon ng Romano, dumaan ang Via Spluga, isang Romanong kalsada na nag-uugnay sa Milan kay Lindau na dumadaan sa Pasong Spluga.
