Ang agila o banoy (Ingles: eagle, Kastila: águila) ay isang uri ng malaking limbas o ibong maninilang[1] kasapi sa mag-anak ng mga ibong, at nabibilang sa ilang saring hindi naman talagang malapit magkakaugnayan. Karamihan sa mahigit sa 60 mga uri ang matatagpuan sa Eurasya at Aprika.[2] Sa labas ng pook na ito, dalawang mga uri lamang (Kalbong Agila at Ginintuang mga Agila) ang matatagpuan sa Estados Unidos at Canada, siyam pa ang nasa Gitna at Timog Amerika, at tatlo ang nasa Australya.
