Ŗ, ŗ (R с седилью) — буква расширенной латиницы. До 1946 года использовалась в латышском языке, где являлось 26-й буквой алфавита[1]. Обозначает звук [rʲ], близкий к русскому мягкому «рь».

Буква (наряду с другими буквами с седилью) введена в латышский алфавит в 1908 году комиссией под руководством К. Мюленбаха, и в 1919 году эта версия алфавита была официально утверждена[2].

В наше время она используется в ливском языке, где является 30-й буквой алфавита.

В 1931-1937 годах буква использовалась в ненецком алфавите. В 1934-1937 годах буква использовалась в кильдин-саамском алфавите.
