A W12 foi uma ogiva nuclear desenhado nos Estados Unidos da América no Laboratório Nacional de Los Alamos. Ela seria a versão de ogiva do pacote explosivo da bomba de queda livre Mark 12, e talvez com algumas melhorias.
Ele seria utilizada pelo míssil RIM-8 Talos, porém foi cancelada antes de entrar em serviço ativo com o míssil portador.
O rendimento deve ser o mesmo da Mark 12, ou seja, entre 12 e 14 quilotons de TNT.
