Unterseeboot 765 foi um submarino alemão do Tipo VIIC, pertencente a Kriegsmarine que atuou durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.[4][5]

O U-765 esteve em operação entre os anos de 1943 e 1944, realizando neste período uma patrulha de guerra, na qual não afundou nenhuma embarcação aliada.[4]

Foi afundado [coordenadas 1] no dia 6 de maio de 1944 por cargas de profundidade lançadas de duas aeronaves Swordfish (Sqdn. 825), causando a morte de 37 tripulantes, deixando 11 sobreviventes.[4]
