O Unterseeboot 521 foi um U-Boot da Kriegsmarine que serviu durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.[1]

O submarino foi afundado no dia 2 de Junho de 1943 no Atlântico Norte por cargas de profundidade lançadas pelo navio de guerra norte-americano USS PC-565.[2] Neste afundamento morreram 51 tripulantes do U-Boot, sobrevivendo somente o seu comandante que permaneceu em cativeiro aliado até o final da Segunda Guerra Mundial.[3]
