O Conselho Regional de Sha'ar HaNegev (em hebraico: מועצה אזורית שער הנגב Sha'ar HaNegev (em hebraico: Mo'atza Azorit Sha'ar HaNegev, lit. Porta do Conselho Regional do Negev) é um conselho regional no noroeste de Neguev, no Distrito Sul de Israel. O território do situa-se entre Beersheba e Ashkelon, limitado a oeste pela Faixa de Gaza. A cidade de Sderot forma um enclave dentro de Sha'ar HaNegev.
A população da região ultrapassa 6.000 habitantes e abrange uma área de mais de 45.000 acres (aproximadamente 180 km²).[1] A altitude média é de aproximadamente 180 m acima do nível do mar.
O Conselho Regional de Sha'ar HaNegev tem uma relação de cidade-irmã com San Diego, nos Estados Unidos, e Sorocaba, no Brasil [2][3] além de apresentar uma estreita relação de trabalho com a Federação Judaica do Condado de San Diego.[4]
