Qari

Qāri' (em árabe: قَارِئ, plural قُرَّأ qurrā) ou "leitor" é uma pessoa que lê o Qur'an قرآن com as próprias regras de retórica. (tajwīd) تجوید. [1]
É muito comum nos países árabes.

It refers to the practice/skill of being a Qari’ (Arabic loan-word) which literally means someone who
is able to recite the Qur’an.
