O meridiano 3 E é um meridiano que, partindo do Polo Norte, atravessa o Oceano Ártico, Oceano Atlântico, Europa, África, Oceano Antártico, Antártida e chega ao Polo Sul. Forma um círculo máximo com o meridiano 177 W.
