Jan Joseph "Joep" Packbiers (19 de janeiro de 1875 – 8 de dezembro de 1957) foi um arqueiro holandês. Ele nasceu em Nuth, Limburg, e faleceu em Maastricht, Limburg.
Ele representou seu país natal nos Jogos Olímpicos de Verão de 1920 em Antuérpia, Bélgica. Lá ele conquistou a medalha de ouro na prova por equipes masculinas (28 m), ao lado de Tiest van Gestel, Piet de Brouwer, Driekske van Bussel, Janus van Merrienboer, Jo van Gastel, Janus Theeuwes e Theo Willems.[1][2]
