Comic Sacrifice foi uma produtora de animações e empreendimento em produções americanas feitas em conjunto por Abed Gheith, Sevan Najarian e Justin Roiland, ela ficou conhecida por maior parte no ano de 2005 pela estreia da sitcom animada House of Cosbys que foi produzido para o festival de curtas-metragens mensais Channel 101 em Los Angeles, que foi excluída após uma carta de cessação e desistência escrita e dirigida pelo advogado de Bill Cosby no quarto episódio. A Comic Sacrifice foi fundada em 25 de abril de 2004, após ele se mudar para Los Angeles e colaborar com Abed Gheith e Sevan Najarian para produzir desenhos animados e filmes juntos.[1]

Etimologia

O nome, "Comic Sacrifice", tem origem numa série de quadrinhos de mesmo nome escrita e desenhada por Justin Roiland enquanto esteve em Manteca, Califórnia, esses quadrinhos foram pelo menos escritos e desenhados por Justin entre 1998 e 1999.[1]

Decadência

Em 2008, devido as diferenças criativas entre eles, o empreendimento foi fechado e seu site foi abandonado, posteriormente no mesmo ano, Gheith e Najarian começariam o empreendimento de curtas-metragens Mighty Money juntamente de Steve Chunn.[1]
