Os buprestoides (Buprestoidea) é uma superfamília de besouros.[1][2]
Contém as duas seguintes famílias:
- Buprestidae Leach 1815, vulgarmente conhecidos como besouros-joia, de tegumento metálico e perfuradores de madeira.
- Schizopodidae LeConte 1861
