Andrei Kolkoutine (em russo: Андрей Колкутин, Smoliàninovo, Krai do Litoral, 1957), é um pintor russo.

Parte da sua obra encontra-se nas coleções da Galeria Tretyakov (Moscovo), no Museu de Arte (Tula) e nas Kastrupgårdsamlingen (Copenhaga).
