Adimna

Adimna (em árabe: الدِّمْنَة; romaniz.: al-Dimna) foi uma localidade do Magrebe, no território do atual Marrocos. Sua localização exata é desconhecida, mas sabe-se que estava a sudeste de Tânger, a um dia de marcha de Ceuta. Georges Séraphin Colin, em sua tradução do Kitāb al-Istiqṣā li-akhbār duwal al-Maghrib al-Aqṣā de Amade ibne Calide Anáciri, propôs que seja a Dimnate Achira mencionada na referida obra.[1] Desde 1061, pertenceu à Taifa de Ceuta, que era governada por Sucute Albarguati (r. 1061–1074). Em 1072/3, o exército do emir almorávida Iúçufe ibne Taxufine (r. 1062–1106) conquistou-a.[2]
