Y (i grèga [ˈi ˈɣrɛɣɔ], loc. i grega) es una letra de l’alfabet latin qu’es pas utilizada dins la grafia classica de l’occitan. L’occitan utiliza generalament lo grafèma i.
Dins d’autras grafias de l’occitan, es utilizada pel son [j]. Ex. lou pay (lo pair).
I a de lengas que pòt portar de signes diacritics: ƴ, ý, ŷ, ÿ, ȳ, ẏ, ẙ, ỳ, ỵ, ỷ, ỹ.
Dins l’alfabet fonetic internacional, marca lo son /u/ coma dins un.
Existís tanben dins l'alfabet cirilic (у marca lo son /o/) qu’i pòt tanben portar de signes diacritics: ў, ӯ, ӱ, ӳ, varianta "de la coa drecha" ү, ұ, combinason dins la letra arcaïca ѹ.
