Wazoo

Wazoo es un grop de musica folc festiva de Clarmont-Ferrand (Auvèrnhe) fondat en 1999 per lo duo Kévin Quicke e Jeff Chalaffre. Cantan mai que mai en francés, e un pauc en occitan tanben.

Biografia

Au mes de juilhet de 1999 es publicat lor primièr album en francés Déroute Arverne ambe una cançon que va èstre una sansònha en França tota e que demòra a l'ora d'ara lor cançon la mai coneguda, La Manivelle[1]. Aital, an vendut 160 000 albums e 360 000 singles.

En seguida en 2001 t'an sortit un segond album, Pas de problèmes.

Au mes de mai de 2010, Wazoo tòrna sus l'empont de l'Olympia a l'escadença dels 25 ans de carrièra de Sylvie Pullès, e sortís lo single Vogue la vie l'annada d'après en 2011.

En març de 2013, lo grop auvernhat publica son tresen album : Les Forains.

Dins lor quatren album, titolat Mefia Te e sortít au mes de mai de 2015, t'i botan un pauc d'occitan. La publicacion de l'album es seguida d'una virada capvath França tota.
