Lo valon (autonim: walon [wa.ˈlɔ̃]) es una lenga romanica de la familha d'oïl. Es parlat en Belgica ─dins la màger part de Valonia─, en França e, residualament dins la part nòrd-èst de l'estat de Wisconsin.[2]
