L'ulch (o olch, en rus У́льчский язы́к) es una lenga tongoza parlada per 154 personas dins lo Krai de Khabarovsk en Siberia. Amn lo nanai e l'orok constituís lo grop nanai de las lengas tongozas. En 2010, èra parlat per 154 personas[1] siá 5,4% de la populacion etnica (2 800). Lo demai dels Ulches parla sonque lo rus. La lenga es grèvament amenaçada.

En 1989, 30,7% dels 3173 Ulches (siá 974 personas) declaravan saber parlar l'ulch[2].
