The Chicks
Las Dixie Chicks son un grop feminin de musica country. Lo grop que compta actualament tres membres (Natalie Maines e las doas sòrres Martie Maguire e Emily Robison) se formèt dins la vila texana de Dallas en 1989.
La formacion fòrça apreciada abans als Estats Units venguèt victima de criticas seriosas e mai d'un boicòt aprèp un concèrt a Londres lo 10 de març de 2003, quand la vocalista principala, Natalie Maines, critiquèt la decision del president american George W. Bush de far la guèrra en Iraq.
