Un saladièr[1].

Una salada o una ensalada (variantas: sarada (marselhés)[1]); sarau (auvernhat)) es una preparacion culinària constituida de fuelhas d'èrbas potatgieras que son de còps garnidas de vinaigreta. Segon lei regions, es completada per d'autreis ingredients coma de lieumes, d'uòus, de fromatges ò de carn.

Una granda salada es una (en)saladassa, e una pichona es una (en)saladeta[1].
