Parfait

Un parfait (fr. per "perfach", pron. AFI [paʁfɛ]) es un dessèrt glaçat (inventat en 1894) de la crèma fresca, los uòus, lo sucre e los ingredients perfumaires (siròp, potorlada de fruchs frescs o secs, vanilha, alcòl...). Mesclar la crèma fresca amb los jaunes d'uòu, amb lo sucre e amb lo(s) ingredient(s) perfumaire(s). Batre los blanc d'uòu en la nèu e ajustar la mescla. Mesclar e glaçar l'amassa de totes ingredients.
