Los pangolins son una familha de mamifèrs insectivòrs de còs alongat e escatós. Vivon dins las regions tropicalas e equatorialas d'Africa e d'Asia del Sud-Èst.
Descripcion
Li agrada los bòsques e la savana amb una tèrra sablosa. Sa vista es plan baissa mas sa sentida es plan desvolopada. Dormís la jornada enrotlat amb la coa a un arbre e viu la nuèit. A la particularitat que son còs es cobèrt d'escatas rojas. Quand sentís un dangièr, fa coma los erices : se met en bola e quilla las escatas. Sas patas son cortas, sa coa de còps es mai longa que lo còs. A cinq dits ondrats d'arpions. A pas cap de dents. Aqueste mamifèr es lo mai braconejat del mond. Manjam de formigas e de termits (insectivòr)amb lor lenga tan granda coma lor còs.
