Meitneri

Lo meitneri (simbòle Mt) es l'element quimic de numèro atomic 109. Sintetizat per lo premier còp en aost dau 1982 gràcias a una reaccion nucleara entre d'atòmes de bismut-209 e de fèrre-58[1], es un transactinide fòrça radioactiu e instable. En efècte, son isotòp mai estable, lo meitneri-282, a un periòde radioactiu de 1,1 min[2]. Coma es situat en dessota de l'iridi dins la classificacion periodica dei elements, lo meitneri presenta probablament li proprietats quimiqui d'un metal de transicion[3]. Lo sieu nom foguèt chausit en onor de la fisiciana alemanda Lise Meitner (1878-1968).
