Lo khmer (AFI: /kmɛr/; autonim: ភាសាខ្មែរ, prononciat [pʰiə.ˈsaː kʰmae]; mai formalament: ខេមរភាសា, prononciat [kʰeː.maʔ.raʔ pʰiə.ˈsaː]) es la lenga del pòble khmer e la lenga oficiala de Cambòtja. Amb aperaquí 16 milions de locutors, es la segonda lenga austroasiatica pus parlada (après lo vietnamian). Lo khmer foguèt considerablament influenciat pel sanscrit e pel pali, especialament dins los registres reials e religioses, a travèrs l'indoïsme e lo bodisme.
