ISSN

L'ISSN (en anglés International Standard Serial Number, numèro de sèria estandard internacional) es una codificacion de las publicacions periodicas venguda nòrma internacionala (ISO 3297, darrièra edicion en 2018). Cada periodic (o sèria de libres) pòt reçaupre un còde compausat de dos còps quatre caractèrs (exemple, per la revista Provença ara, ISSN 1144-8482). Per una publicacion en sèria, i a un còde per tipe de supòrt (papièr, PDF, eBook...) e un còde de ligason, dich ISSN-L (exemple, tanben per Provença ara, ISSN-L 1144-8482).

L'ISSN es bailejat al nivèl internacional pel centre internacional de l'ISSN. Los còdes ISSN son atribuïts al nivèl dels estats per de "centres nacionals d'ISSN". Dins l'estat espanhòl, l'ISSN es bailejat per la Bibliotèca nacionala d'Espanha. Dins l'estat francés, l'ISSN es bailejat per la Bibliotèca nacionala de França. Dins l'estat italian, l'ISSN es bailejat per lo Conselh Nacional de la Recèrca. L'atribucion es pas a gràtis, al contrari d'Espanha e França. Dins l'estat moneguièr, que i a pas de centre nacional, l'ISSN es bailejat pel centre internacional.
