Homesick Angel

Lo Homesick Angel es un bombardier B-17 dei fòrças armadas estatsunidencas construch a Seattle e intrat en servici lo 27 de febrier de 1943. Afectat au 341st Bombardment Squadron (« 341a escadrilha de bombardament »), foguèt abatut durant una ataca de la basa aeriana d'Istre lo 16 de novembre de 1943. Probablament tocat per la defensa antiaeriana alemanda, tombèt dins l'estanh de Lavalduc entraïnant la mòrt de nòu membres de l'equipatge. Pasmens, i aguèt un subrevivent que foguèt capturat per leis Alemands.
