Gondar

Gondar (ge'ez : ጎንደር), de còups escrich Gonder, es una vila e un woreda d'Etiopia que si situa au nòrd-oèst dau lac Tana, dins la província anciana de Begemder, o província de Gondar.

Après lo transferiment de la capitala a Magdala per l'emperaire Tewodros II en 1885, Gondar siguèt pilhada per lei mahdistas sodanés en 1887, ocupada per leis Italians de 1935 o 1936 a 1941, puei bombardada per lei Britanics en 1941.
