Frederick Jacob Titus Chiluba (1943–2011) sindicalista e òme politic, foguèt president de Zambia entre 1991 e 2002. Foguèt lo fondador del partit "Movement per la Democracia Multipartidària" (Movement for Multiparty Democracy - MMD) en 1990, e venquèt Kenneth Kaunda a las eleccions presidencialas de 1991.
