Fogassa
La fogassa es una especialitat culinària de la coïna provençala que s'es difusada en Occitània e dins de regions mediterraneï. Es compausada d'una galeta de froment non levada e d'òli d'oliva, cuècha au forn ò sota lo cendre, que pòu èstre agrementada d'ingredients divèrs (olivas, amploas, lardons, cebas, fromatge, bolets, èrbas de Provença, etc.).
