La companhiá H.W. Egli Bull es creada en 1931. Reprend lo nom e l'eiretatge intellectual de l'engenhaire norvegian Fredrik Rosing Bull, mòrt en 1925. Càmbia maites còps de nom. En 2014 lo grop Bull es crompat per Atos. D'unas societats del grop, coma Bull SAS, demòran d'entitats legalas al dintre del grop Atos. En 2026, passa jos l'accionariat unic de l'Estat francés.
