Brandy
Un brandy es un aigardent produch a partir de la destillacion de vin. Pòu tanben èstre produch a partir d'un beure fermentat a partir d'un autre fruch que lo rasim. Pasmens, dins aqueu cas, son nom es una associacion entre lo nom d'aqueu fruch e lo tèrme brandy. Per exemple, l'alcòl anglés Cherry brandy designa un brandy obtengut a partir d'un beure fermentat de cerieisa.
