Ayurveda

L'Ayurveda (sanscrit: आयुर्वॆद, la 'sciéncia de la vida') es un sistèma de medecina tradicionala originari d'Índia[1], e practicat dins d'autras partidas del mond coma medecina alternativa[2]. L'Ayurveda es considerat coma una medecina alternativa en Occident, ont mantun de sos metòdes, coma las èrbas, los massatges, e los exercicis de iòga son mes en practica[4].
