L'Aut Penedés (en catalan Alt Penedès) es una de las quatre comarcas en qué demorèt dividit lo Penedés en la division comarcala de 1936. Limita amb l'Anoia pel nòrd; amb lo Bas Llobregat per l'èst; amb lo Garraf pel sud, e amb lo Bas Penedés e l'Aut Camp per l'oèst.
Amb la recuperacion de las vigariás s'espèra poder reagrupar tot lo domeni istoric e social penedesenc, en eliminant aital l'assignacion dels divèrses nuclèus de populacion a demarcacions que los son alunhadas.
