Auld Alliance

Acte de renovelament de l'aliança per Robert Bruce en 1325.

L’Auld Alliance es una aliança formaa en 1295 entre los reiaumes de França e d'Escòcia. Perdurèt dinque al tractat d'Edimborg de 1560 qu'aboliguèt la mager part de sas dispausicions après la conversion al protestantisme dels elèits escocés. Aguèt un ròtle important dins lo debanament de la Guerra de Cent Ans e de las guerras entre Angleterra e Escòcia. Favorizèt pereu d'escambis culturaus e demografics entre los dos païs.
