Un apogèu (del grèc apogeios : luenh de la Tèrra), dins los domènis de l'astronomia e de l'astronautica, es lo punt extrèm de l'orbita elliptica d'un astre o d'un còrs celestial artificial respècte al centre de la Tèrra, a l'entorn de la quala orbita, o pus exactament a l'entorn de son centre de massa comun.
Existís una confusion coranta entre apogèu e afèli : L'apogèu fa referéncia a la posicion d'un satellit en orbita a l'entorn de la Tèrra, respècte a aquesta. Alara que l'afèli fa referéncia a la posicion de la Tèrra sus son orbita circumsolari, respècte al Solelh.
